General questions
Simply tell us your criteria for the the roles you would like to appear and we'll set it up for you immediately.
You can choose from job specialities (eg entry-level opportunities in software engineering, cloud, cyber, data, AI, IT Helpdesk etc) or you can have custom criteria.
You can choose to source roles for any region worldwide and we will source the roles directly from employers (not job aggregators etc).
You can also choose to have all desired jobs populating a single talent marketplace or you may wish to have specific jobs on individual marketplaces (eg entry-level cyber security jobs).
Yes! You can view and manage them all in one place without having to create multiple accounts. You can also add fellow admins to manage the marketplaces with you. Plus, if you post opportunities you can post them to multiple marketplaces simultaneously
Absolutely. You can post opportunities for your employer and also any other brand. If you manage multiple marketplaces you can choose which marketplace should display each opportunity you post
Absolutely. When posting a role simply add the link to your ATS. When a job seeker hits the 'Apply' button they'll go straight through to your ATS to complete their application
Yes, you can choose to set your marketplace to 'public'. where anyone can view opportunities and join, or 'private', where people request to join or you can invite people directly (individually or in bulk). With private marketplaces you can also remove members
Whether your talent marketplace is private or public, the default setting is that only you and your co-admin can view the talent pool.
If you already have a talent marketplace, job board or spreadsheet please contact our team and we'll help you have a smooth transition to Spacewalk
Yes! If you don't see your country on the list when registering let our team know and we'll add it for you
Pricing and plan questions
Absolutely not! You're free to add as many admins as you need without any extra cost. Every admin has full access to manage your marketplaces, update your company profile, post new opportunities, review job applications and more, ensuring a collaborative and efficient experience.
All Spacewalk plans are month to month unless you sign up for a yearly plan (20% discount).
No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Yes, if you ever decide that Spacewalk isn't the best talent marketplace platform for your business, simply cancel your plan.
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on yearly plans.
